Patient Participation Group
Dear Patient,
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
We have a patient participation group who meet regularly with representatives from the practice to discuss ideas and issues. This group will also help run patient surveys from time to time and be involved in producing patient information.
