Amazing surgery

This surgery has been absolutely fabulous, not only to me but my entire family. The level of care, that both the doctors and nurses give is outstanding. This surgery, in my opinion, has the best doctors locally. Each of them gives you the time you need to discuss your symptoms, they provide you with clear information about the condition and how to manage it. I've never been hushed out the door or felt like they've not listened. I truly believe they have the 'bedside' manner we all want. My views/opinions re services: Telephone calls - sometimes I need to try numerous times to get through but I always can! I have always been successful in getting a same day appointment for emergency situations. Routine appointments are approx 3/4weeks wait but I don't see a problem with this. After all, it's not urgent and I just plan ahead to receive ongoing medical treatment. The repeat prescription service is easy to follow and available within 48hours but have also received same day when needed. I have also managed to get telephone callback from the doctors when needed. The reception team are kind and helpful. Yes sometimes they ask what is wrong, but they have been trained to ask these questions and I guess to prioritise patients. The surgery is clean and tidy with disabled access and patient toilets. Appointments are shown on a screen and clear signage available about where to go. Sometimes the doctors and nurses run late for appointments but I'll happily wait. I have been that patient that's made the doctor run behind. I received the best treatment because that's what he care about. We never know what situations they have been presented with all day!!
